The badge and banner become available after you enter the museum lobby. The charm requires finishing Level 2. The rewards are cosmetics in Dead by Daylight; this promotion is not an announcement of a playable dinosaur Killer or a new chapter.
How to claim the rewards
- Create a Behaviour Account and link the relevant platform accounts.
- Open Terrible Lizards and select Dead by Daylight Rewards in the main menu. Copy your unlocked personal code.
- Sign in at account.bhvr.com, then open Game Library → Dead by Daylight → Rewards.
- Choose the corresponding Terrible Lizards campaign, enter the code and select your platform. Complete the ownership check and claim the reward.
- If Dead by Daylight was running, close and reopen it. Look in Customization; the support instructions say no reward pop-up appears.
If the reward does not appear
Make sure you selected the corresponding Terrible Lizards campaign and the correct linked platform in your Behaviour Account. A code visible in the game still needs to go through the account redemption flow and the ownership check described by support.
If Dead by Daylight was already open, close and reopen it. Look in Customization rather than waiting for a pop-up: the official instructions say no reward pop-up appears. Do not post your personal code publicly when asking for help.

Is this the same as the Steam bundle?
Steam also lists a Dead by Daylight × Terrible Lizards game bundle. A store bundle and an in-game reward code are different offers. Check the official store and support instructions for the offer you are using.
