The useful planning number
The lead developer gives a 6–10 hour first-playthrough range. Exploration, recordings and repeated chase attempts can extend a run. This range comes from the developer’s October 2026 Q&A, rather than a timed run performed by this wiki.
A fast video or a practiced route can be much shorter than a first visit. A player already knows where the next wall-run begins and which room contains an objective; someone exploring naturally has to discover those details. Do not use a speedrun as a promise for a first evening.
How many levels are there?
The main campaign has four levels. The table is a route-planning aid; its individual times are community estimates and should not be added into a precise benchmark.
| Level | Community estimate | Route focus |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The Attraction | 60–90 min | Museum, theater, exhibits and gift shop |
| 2. Digsite & Caves | 2–3 hours | Generators, tower, bunker and the dynamite arena |
| 3. Rail Tunnels | 90–120 min | Freight yard, train tunnels and the four-fuse cavern |
| 4. The Finale | 45–75 min | The last climb, the Hybrid and the crew lift |
How long for all collectibles and achievements?
A reliable 100% time has not been established. Some players report around 12 hours when exploring more thoroughly, but that is not a validated all-achievement benchmark. Collection requirements, missed interactions and replaying a route can change the time substantially.
The 15-achievement checklist distinguishes story progress from collectibles and miscellaneous interactions. The collectible checklist is a starter set with known coverage gaps, so checking every current row does not establish a completed 100% run.
Playing in shorter sessions
Use the level index to reorient yourself when you return. Keep track of the current objective, any nearby keypad clue and the last collectible area you checked. This guide does not establish that every checkpoint can be revisited freely, so avoid assuming you can collect a missed item later without replaying.
